Trainer – AI, ML & Quality (Agentic AI)

Protocol is a professional training and capability-building organization focused on developing future-ready talent across industries. As part of our growing AI and Quality portfolio, we are looking for an experiencedTrainer in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quality , with strong exposure toAgentic AI .

The Trainer will design and deliver high-impact learning programs that integrateAI, ML, Quality systems, and Agentic AI , enabling professionals to apply advanced technologies in quality, process excellence, and business decision-making.

• Design and deliver training programs on:
• Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
• AI applications in Quality and Process Improvement
• Agentic AI concepts, autonomous agents, and intelligent workflows
• Translate complex AI concepts into practical, industry-relevant learning.
• Develop training materials, case studies, simulations, and assessments.
• Deliver engaging instructor-led sessions for diverse professional audiences.
• Customize content based on industry, function, and learner profiles.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI, ML, and Agentic AI systems.

• Strong applied knowledge ofAI & Machine Learning .
• Exposure to or hands-on understanding ofAgentic AI .
• Experience applying AI inQuality, Operations, or Process Excellence domains.
• Proven experience as acorporate trainer, facilitator, or educator .
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science background.
• Familiarity with Quality frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, ISO, TQM) is a plus.
• Experience training working professionals or enterprise clients.
• Minimum of 5 Years of Experience with facilitating relevant training programs.
