Role Overview
As a Trainee Talent Acquisition, you will be trained on end-to-end recruitment processes and work closely with internal stakeholders to support hiring for diverse client requirements. This role is ideal for fresh graduates passionate about people, communication, and building careers in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities under guidance.
- Advertise vacancies by drafting and posting job ads across various platforms.
- Use social media platforms to attract candidates and build employer-candidate relationships.
- Perform headhunting and sourcing, including identifying passive candidates through databases.
- Request references and conduct initial suitability checks.
- Brief candidates on job roles, responsibilities, salary, and benefits.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews as required by the management.
- Communicate interview outcomes to candidates.
- Work towards and exceed recruitment targets related to candidate closures.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders at Zyoin to hire the right talent for clients.
