Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Trainee Talent Acquisition professionals to join our growing recruitment team. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment and an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in the staffing and talent advisory industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities under guidance and mentorship.
  • Draft and publish job advertisements across multiple platforms (job portals, websites, social media, etc.).
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
  • Conduct headhunting and proactive candidate outreach.
  • Screen resumes and assess candidate suitability for open roles.
  • Brief candidates on job roles, responsibilities, compensation, and benefits.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews as per management and client requirements.
  • Communicate interview outcomes and next steps to candidates.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist in candidate documentation.
  • Work towards meeting and exceeding individual and team hiring targets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support hiring needs for Zyoins clients.
