Job description for Surveillance Trainee

As a Surveillance Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting the Surveillance team in monitoring and ensuring the safety and security of the organization's assets, employees, and visitors. You will be working under the supervision of a senior Surveillance Officer and will be trained on the use of surveillance equipment and software to detect and report any suspicious activities or incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and review surveillance footage to detect any suspicious or unauthorized activity
• Report any suspicious or unauthorized activity to the senior Surveillance Officer
• Assist in investigating any incidents or breaches of security
• Maintain accurate records of all surveillance activities and incidents
• Ensure that all surveillance equipment is functioning properly and report any issues to the senior Surveillance Officer
• Communicate effectively with other members of the Surveillance team and other departments as required
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all surveillance activities
• Attend training sessions and courses to develop knowledge and skills related to surveillance operations

Qualifications:

• 12^th pass or equivalent
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Quick in calculations & mathematics
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
