Job Description:

• We are looking for passionate and career-driven fresh graduates who want to build a strong foundation in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, grow fast, and start their journey in the global staffing industry.
• You will undergo an intensive 2-month training program designed to help you understand US recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, communication skills, and client delivery expectations before transitioning into a full-time recruiter role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate conversations
• Coordinate interviews and maintain strong candidate engagement
• Learn and follow US staffing recruitment processes and compliance
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems
• Collaborate with team members to achieve hiring targets and delivery goals

Communication The Most Important Skill

• This role is heavily communication-driven.
• Recruiters interact with candidates based in the United States daily, so excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) are essential.

• Are comfortable speaking with international candidates
• Have strong listening skills and professional etiquette
