Trainee Recruiter (Fresher)

GoHire Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to learn the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, work directly with US-based clients, and build a strong foundation in IT and non-IT hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and networking channels.
• Screen resumes to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and job fit.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess communication skills and technical understanding.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist senior recruiters with daily hiring activities and client requirements.
• Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a great experience.
• Meet daily/weekly sourcing and submission targets as part of the US recruitment team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any field (freshers welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work the complete US shift (night shift) .
• Strong willingness to learn recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
• Basic understanding of MS Office tools (Excel, Word).
• Positive attitude, accountability, and commitment to performance targets.
