We are seeking energetic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Trainee to support our US market sales. This role offers hands-on exposure to outbound sales, client communication, and sales pipeline management, making it ideal for candidates interested in sales, business development, and growth roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in outbound sales activities (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn messaging) targeting the US market in IT Services Sales.
- Engage with prospects to understand requirements and qualify leads
- Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and interaction data
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel
- Support sales campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Track daily activities, leads, and conversion metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and senior sales team members
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable speaking with US-based clients over calls
- Willingness to learn sales techniques and objection handling
- Goal-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or sales tools
- Ability to work in US time zones
