We are seeking energetic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Trainee to support our US market sales. This role offers hands-on exposure to outbound sales, client communication, and sales pipeline management, making it ideal for candidates interested in sales, business development, and growth roles.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in outbound sales activities (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn messaging) targeting the US market in IT Services Sales.
  • Engage with prospects to understand requirements and qualify leads
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and interaction data
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel
  • Support sales campaigns and promotional initiatives
  • Track daily activities, leads, and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing and senior sales team members


Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Comfortable speaking with US-based clients over calls
  • Willingness to learn sales techniques and objection handling
  • Goal-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or sales tools
  • Ability to work in US time zones
