What Youll Do

• Conduct outbound calls to potential delegates to introduce upcoming events and drive participation
• Handle inbound calls and emails, addressing queries and assisting with registrations
• Communicate event value propositions effectively, aligning conversations with delegate interests
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, registrations, and feedback
• Follow up with prospective leads and reconnect with past attendees to improve engagement
• Stay updated on event agendas, speakers, and industry trends to ensure informed communication
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with delegates and industry stakeholders
• Support brand perception through professional and structured communication
