Technical Skills (Mandatory):

• Basic coding knowledge and programming logic
• Basic understanding of Python
• Familiarity with OOP concepts
• Understanding of databases (SQL basics preferred)
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage
• Awareness of ERP systems or Odoo is a plus (not mandatory)

Communication & Soft Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand requirements and work collaboratively
• Strong learning attitude and proactive mindset
