Trainee Counsellor / Counsellor (Study Abroad) — In-office, Noida

What youll do

• Conduct structured counselling sessions : profile students, map courses/universities, and set clear timelines.
• Drive conversions : follow up on leads, move applicants from offer acceptance visa.
• Application excellence : manage portals, documentation, SOP/LOR coordination, and compliance checks.
• Visa readiness : educate students on funds, timelines (e.g., UK 28-day rule), and pre-departure.
• CRM discipline : log calls, maintain notes, and track every case accurately.
• Events & webinars : support student sessions and admission days as needed.

What youll bring

• For Counsellor : 13+ years of relevant experience in UK/Ireland/Canada/Australia counselling; strong offer & visa outcomes.
• For Trainee : High learning agility, clear communication, and comfort with targets & process.
• Excellent spoken & written English; strong listening and empathy.
• Working knowledge of CRM/Excel/Google Sheets and professional email/WhatsApp etiquette.
• Country expertise: Comfort focusing 80% on UK & Ireland (priority markets).

Must-have conditions

In-office Noida/Delhi (onsite, 6 days/week) this is a mandatory requirement.

Willingness to work with monthly targets, structured SOPs, and weekend events when required.

Compensation & growth

1. Trainee / Entry-Level: 20,000 25,000 per month (stipend during training; typically 36 months).
2. After Confirmation (Visa Counsellor): 25,000 35,000 per month (performance-based).
3. Experienced (23 years): 35,000 55,000 per month (higher potential in top-tier agencies).
4. Clear, performance-linked progression with training, playbooks, and reviews.
