Trainee - Contracts

Contract Management Officer – Service Contracts is responsible for and oversees:

• Ensure rosters of service contract staff is shared to the user departments on regular basis.

• Liaise with user departments and effectively coordinate with vendors to ensure that no shortage of approved manpower.

• Liaise with user departments to obtain KPI scores on timely manner.

• Monitoring of vendor KPI’s and implement suitable actions as per agreement in case of noncompliance of KPI score.

• Conduct regular meetings between vendors and users to establish better communication and resolve issues.

• Review the performance of all service contracts with the stakeholders.

• Proactively review and audit all service vendors to ensure there is no potential risk of unrest, strike etc.

• Ensures the receipt of vendor invoices on timely manner, payment to vendors and payment to employees from vendors on time.

• Visit to stations and depots on regular interval to check whether all contractual deliverables are being met or not.

• Address and resolve issues through appropriate cooperation with SCM and LTMRHL.

• Ensure that all the contractual covenants are fulfilled by the vendor (submission of PBG before commencement of contract, signing of contract before commencement of services).

• Liaise with F&A department for vendor account reconciliation.

• Basic knowledge of Budget Monitoring and Legal terms • Prepares contractual letters in consultation with Management.

• All relevant MIS’s should be maintained.
