Role Overview

We are hiring Trainees for our Client Servicing team for both Digital and Non Digital in Mumbai. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career candidates who want hands-on exposure to marketing, campaign coordination, and agency operations.

Responsibilities

Assist senior team members in client coordination

Understand client products, services, and target audience

Conduct basic research & gather competitor insights

Support creation of campaign ideas, briefs & presentations

Prepare reports, way-forward documents & meeting notes

Coordinate with design, planning & creative teams

Assist in campaign execution, timelines & task tracking

Support in preparing marketing plans & documentation

Skills Required

Good communication (written & verbal)

Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel)

Logical thinking & problem-solving mindset

Attention to detail and strong time-management

Creative thinking / ability to propose fresh ideas

Willingness to learn and positive attitude
