Trading Operations Associate- Immediate Joiners

We are hiring a Trading Operations Associate for one of our clients .

Role Overview:

The Trading Operations Associate will be responsible for monitoring and supporting trading platforms, ensuring seamless market connectivity, and resolving system or trading-related issues in coordination with technology and exchange teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor trading platforms, OMS/EMS systems, and market connectivity on a real-time basis.
• Identify and resolve latency, connectivity, and order-routing issues.
• Perform daily system health checks and ensure operational readiness.
• Handle trading incidents, escalate issues appropriately, and ensure timely resolution.
• Support UAT activities, system upgrades, and production releases.
• Maintain incident logs, reports, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Coordinate with internal technology teams, exchanges, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to operational SOPs, risk controls, and regulatory guidelines.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Trading Operations or OMS/EMS support.
• Exposure to trading platforms, order management systems, or exchange connectivity.
• Experience handling trading incidents, order failures, or system issues.
• Familiarity with UAT testing, system upgrades, and API/FIX connectivity.
• Experience in brokerage, prop trading, or fintech firms is preferred.
