Job Description
About the Role:
Looking for experienced Share Market / Trading Trainers to conduct both classroom and live online sessions for students. Trainers must be able to teach from basic to advanced levels, covering all major instruments, technical analysis, and trading psychology with practical, strategy-based training.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct structured offline and online classes on stock market basics, derivatives, commodities, currency, and other trading instruments.
- Teach technical, fundamental, and sentimental/psychological aspects of trading, including chart reading, indicators, risk management, and trading psychology.
- Design lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and live market practice sessions suitable for beginners to advanced learners.
- Use live charts and platforms to demonstrate real-time market analysis and trade setups.
- Assess students through tests, live practice, and doubt-clearing sessions, and provide feedback on performance.
- Stay updated with current market developments and incorporate them into training sessions.
Required skills and experience
- Deep knowledge of equity, derivatives (futures & options), intraday trading, swing trading, commodities and forex/currency markets.
- Strong command over technical analysis: price action, candlestick patterns, chart patterns, supportresistance, trend analysis, indicators, and riskreward concepts.
- Understanding of trading psychology: discipline, emotional control, position sizing, money management.
- Minimum 35 years of live trading experience with verifiable track record (profitability or at least consistent, risk-managed trading).
- Prior teaching / training / mentoring experience in stock market or trading courses preferred (online or classroom).
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple language for students of different age groups and backgrounds.
- Proficiency in English and at least one regional language (Bengali or Hindi preferred for Kolkata students).
Minimum qualifications and documents
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field (e.g., B.Com, BBA, Economics).
- Masters degree / MBA in Finance, Investment, or related specialisation (preferred).
- Professional certifications such as:
- NISM or NCFM certifications relevant to equity, derivatives, currency, and mutual funds.
- SEBI Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) or Research Analyst (RA) license (if applicable to advisory-type training).
- Any recognized certificate/diploma in Technical Analysis or Stock Market Operations from reputed institutes.
