Trader - Rubber Tyre Scrap

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Trader to manage the selling of rubber tyre scrap and recycled rubber materials. The role involves selling of scrap tyres, developing buyer networks, coordinating logistics, and ensuring profitable and compliant trading operations in domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Responsibilities
• Sell recycled rubber tyre products (crumb rubber, shredded rubber, baled scrap, etc.) to manufacturers, recyclers, exporters, and industrial buyers
• Identify new customers and expand sales in domestic and export markets
• Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales agreements
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
• Achieve sales targets and maintain healthy profit margins

• Operations
• Coordinate with logistics providers for transportation, loading, and delivery
• Ensure compliance with environmental, regulatory, and export/import requirements
• Track inventory, shipments, and documentation
• Manage payment follow-ups, credit terms, and risk exposure
• Maintain accurate trading records and reports

Requirement Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
• 5 years of experience in Recyclable Tyre trading, tyre recycling, rubber industry.
• Knowledge of Tyre Recycling companies & good network in the industry.
• Strong understanding of tyre scrap grades, rubber recycling processes, and market pricing.
• Proven negotiation, good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in domestic and/or international trade is an advantage.
• Knowledge of logistics, incoterms, and trade documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office and trading/ERP systems.
