Associate Markets (Trader/Analyst)

Markets facing role covering portfolio management, directional and market-neutral trading, global macro, HFT/MFT strategies, special situations and corporate actions, structured products, and listed/unlisted investments including InvITs, REITs.

What You Will Work On

• Analyse opportunities across public markets and private investments
• Support portfolio management across equities, derivatives, structured products, InvITs, REITs, and unlisted opportunities
• Build financial models, scenarios, and analytical frameworks to evaluate risk and return
• Translate analysis into actionable decisionstrades, allocations, or investment recommendationswith defined risk parameters
• Track performance, P&L, and exposures; conduct post-decision reviews to refine process and judgment

Execution & Ownership

• Take direct responsibility for capital deployment and risk decisions within defined mandates
• Own outcomes end-to-end, balancing speed, precision, and discipline in live environments
• Operate with high accountability and limited supervision in performance-sensitive settings

Requirement:

IIM/IITian's with relevant experience in Trading
