GoQuant develops solutions that make life easier and more profitable for digital asset traders and researchers. We do so primarily by increasing transparency, boosting speed, and placing decisions in the hands of users.

We currently offer two solutions: GoMarket and GoTrade.

GoMarket delivers low-latency digital asset data via WebSocket, with a unified querying language to bypass exchange-specific protocols.

GoTrade is a trade execution platform that allows clients to interact rapidly with exchanges via REST API, UI, WebSocket, Redis, and more.

Our infrastructure is built with performance, flexibility, and reliability in mind, leveraging Python, C++, and cloud-based systems.

The Role

GoQuant is seeking a Trader to scale their independently developed strategies within our institutional-grade infrastructure. As a trader, you will leverage GoQuants proprietary research pipelines, execution engines, and low-latency technology to maximize P&L while maintaining disciplined risk management.

This role is an ideal fit for a self-directed trader with a verifiable track record of profitability, looking to amplify their edge with access to advanced infrastructure and capital backing.

Responsibilities

Actively trade cryptocurrencies and/or digital assets, identifying and executing profitable opportunities in real time

Develop, deploy, monitor, and refine discretionary and systematic strategies

Manage risk exposure within firm-wide limits and regulatory frameworks

Keep detailed records of trades, strategies, and market conditions to inform iteration and research

Share insights and collaborate with quant researchers and engineers to enhance alpha capture and execution efficiency

Stay current with macroeconomic events, order flow dynamics, and market microstructure developments

Contribute to a culture of rigorous research and collaborative learning

About You

Entrepreneurial, competitive, and adaptive, with a disciplined approach to risk

2+ years of proven profitability in crypto trading

Strong understanding of market microstructure and execution dynamics

Comfortable with data-driven decision making and systematic processes

Able to communicate strategies and performance clearly and concisely

Team-oriented with an independent edge-seeking mindset

Job Requirements

Demonstrated track record of consistent profitability

Strong discipline in risk management

Familiarity with trading APIs, market data feeds, and order routing (preferred)
