Trade Services - Document Scrutiny

The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 5 is an entry level role responsible for processing basic to relatively complex transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform Document Scrutiny for the Trade Operations team. This function will be assisting Various Countries within the region - accordingly the candidate should be flexible for Shifts working.

Responsibilities:

a. Processing of day to day transactions as per local operating procedures.
b. Delivers as per Service Level Agreement at all times. Ensure service quality is maintained
c. Understand customer requirements & Enhance client experience through various initiatives.
d. Ensure issues & exceptions are reported, tracked and resolved timely.
e. Adhering to the latest compliance /Sanctions / FATCA/AML  policies and guidelines.
f. Sound MS Excel operations and accounting skills
g. Flexible working hours / days, as per country requirements
h. Understanding of trade products like LC and have had experience of Document scrutiny. ( UCP, ISBP)

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated basic experience in trade process
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills
• Document Scrutiny knowledge.

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent
