Role Type: Full-time

Manage and grow sales across retail, distribution, and institutional channels

Build strong relationships with bookstores, distributors, and key accounts

Execute sales strategies aligned with company goals

Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

Coordinate with editorial, marketing, and logistics teams to drive title performance

Monitor inventory movement and ensure effective market placement

25 years of experience in book publishing, retail, FMCG, or similar sales roles

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Passion for books and awareness of the publishing ecosystem

Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel for market visits and sales meetings
