Role Purpose:

To drive brand visibility, in-market execution, and sales growth through effective trade marketing strategies across assigned territories. The role focuses on strengthening distributor engagement, executing promotions, and ensuring superior retail presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute trade marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives
• Ensure strong visibility and availability of products across on-trade and off-trade outlets
• Plan and implement consumer promotions, activations, and branding initiatives
• Coordinate with sales teams for execution of schemes and outlet-level activities
• Manage POSM (Point of Sale Materials) planning, deployment, and tracking
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence insights
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
• Track and analyze ROI of trade campaigns and promotions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state excise norms
• Support new product launches and market expansion initiatives

Key Requirements:

• Education: MBA / PGDM in Marketing or equivalent
• Experience: 48 years in Trade Marketing / Sales (preferably in Alco-Bev / FMCG industry)
• Strong understanding of local markets in respective locations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and execute under tight timelines
