Job Summary

As a Reconciliation Associate within the Investment Middle Office team, you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reconciliation outputs. You will act as a domain expert, guiding the team through complex queries and challenges. Your leadership will be pivotal in managing escalations and enhancing our service delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee reconciliation of data with external/internal parties
• Supervise timely delivery of reconciliation outputs
• Act as a domain expert for the team
• Ensure timely escalation of issues to management
• Develop efficient workflows with effective controls
• Establish compliance policies and guidelines
• Assess and address training needs for the team
• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively
• Own process documentation and updates
• Lead audits and client due diligence efforts
• Continuously strengthen the control environment

• Demonstrate knowledge of reconciliation processes
• Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills
• Understand capital markets and related terminologies
• Apply strong analytical and MS Office skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Hold an MBA or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Minimum12 years of experience in finance or banking operations
• Have 3 years of experience handling reconciliation teams
• Demonstrate experience in process automation and efficiency projects
• Show ability to manage complex projects and initiatives
• Exhibit strong leadership and team management skills
• Maintain a proactive approach to client requirements
