Job Summary

As a Project Manager within the WM Reconciliations Center of Excellence, you will lead and support business transformation initiatives across the project lifecycle. You will partner with Business, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver project requirements and drive process improvements. Your role will focus on optimizing reconciliation operations and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze complex data to inform project decisions.
  • Lead reconciliation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for reconciliation tools.
  • Facilitate forums to prioritize enhancements and defect resolution.
  • Evaluate and improve existing project management processes.
  • Assist with change management during system integrations.
  • Understand user experience to support defect troubleshooting.
  • Research and document business process changes and requirements.
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Lead teams with effective management and collaboration skills.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Utilize Alteryx and Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
  • Adapt quickly to dynamic and changing environments.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Possess experience in reconciliation or financial services.
  • Apply expertise in reconciliation processes and tools, including iRecs.
  • Influence positive change and support change management initiatives.
  • Work independently with high discipline and motivation.
  • Demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player in cross-functional settings
