Job Purpose :

In last 2-3 years, Trade Finance business and transaction volume has grown manifolds across Rest of Maharashtra and Goa. Regulatory, sanction and audit compliance linked to trade finance operations is getting stringent day by day which requires supervision by experienced and senior specialized resource. Pune trade operations manages large corporate clients with specific and critical trade product requirements and to understand and deliver it, senior level supervisor resource is required.

Job Responsibilities (JR) : 6 8 Areas

Trade Finance Head, ROMG will be taking care for CPUT of Rest of Maharashtra at Pune.

• Clean and error free operations, clean audit report.
• Transaction processing within TAT.
• Trade Staff training knowledge enhancement and capacity building.
• Reduction in late sitting.
• Ensuring regulatory trade compliances.

Trade Finance Head, ROMG will be taking care for Decentralised trade branch in Pune.

• Meeting business requirements for structured trade products
• Transaction processing within TAT.
• Trade Staff knowledge enhancement and capacity building.
• Reduction of late sitting.
• Regulatory compliance MTT, Project Exports EDPMS & IDPMS, Capital Account.

Trade Finance Head, ROMG will be taking care for Trade Desk in Pune and ROMG

• Setting up of trade desk in Pune
• Setting up of trade desk in Rest of Maharashtra

Regular visit to trade desk

• Clean and Error free operations and branch Audit report

Trade Finance Head, ROMG will be tracking overall trade finance perspective

• Responsible for overall management of trade finance operations in Rest of Maharashtra.
• Staff training and capacity building.
• Pushing digital migration on platform like Trade on Net, TRRACS etc.

Trade Finance Head, ROMG will do client meeting and business meeting regularly

• Regular meeting with business and trade client to understand their requirement.
• Meet structured product requirement of large trade clients.

Trade Finance Head, ROMG will be taking care of Digital Migration and usage penetration of product.

• Track and monitor digital migration and usage penetration by TF clients.
• Understand digital offering by MNC and Competition bank and take it up with central unit and product team.

Trade Finance Head, ROMG will be taking care of EDPMS, IDPMS compliance and closure.

• Regular meeting with trade client to ensure timely compliance such as EDPMS / IDPMS closure, Capital Account compliance submission, MTT closure etc.
