Role Overview

URVA Consulting is hiring a Trade Documentation Executive on behalf of its client, Agro Africa Trading Company, a Mumbai-based trading firm primarily engaged in agro commodities.

The role is responsible for managing end-to-end trade documentation related to procurement, sales, logistics, and regulatory compliance, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal and external requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage trade-related documentation including invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, contracts, and shipping documents
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouses, vendors, and customers to ensure timely and accurate documentation flow
• Maintain records for inward and outward movement of goods
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory documentation requirements related to agro trading
• Support audit, compliance, and internal control processes through proper record-keeping
• Maintain digital and physical documentation repositories with appropriate version control
• Liaise with internal finance and operations teams to ensure alignment of documentation and transactions

Mandatory Requirements

• Educational Qualification : B.Com
• 3 to 6 years of documentation handling experience in an agro-based trading or commodity trading organization
• Understanding of trading, logistics, and transaction documentation
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and process orientation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and/Or basic ERP / accounting systems would be a PLUS
• Good written and verbal communication skills
