Track Lead- Enterprise Reporting and Business Intelligence

Location : Client office-Vaishali GZB

Years of Experience : 8 to 12 yrs

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement the BI and reporting roadmap aligned with enterprise data strategy.

Lead and mentor a team of BI professionals, analysts, and data engineers, ensure data accuracy, and drive adoption of reporting tools.

Collaborate with business units to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Define and execute BI/reporting strategy aligned with business goals.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service BI solutions.

Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance.

Ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure BI solutions using platforms Qlik

Drive automation and optimization of reporting processes.

Qualifications:

B.E. / B. Tech / M. Tech /MCA or Equivalent 8+ Years of relevant experience in end-to-end IT Project implementation.

5+ Years of experience as a Project Lead / Module/Team Lead in IT Implementation project.

Expertise in BI tool Qlik and SQL-based data querying.

Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

Proficient in Database systems like Postgres, Teradata etc.

Should be able to review code design documents and test cases developed by team members.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Relevant BI certifications is desirable
