Job Description:

B.E. / B. Tech / M. Tech /MCA or Equivalent 8+ Years of relevant experience in end-to-end IT Project implementation.

5+ Years of experience as a Project Lead / Module/Team Lead in IT Implementation project.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development: Architect and implement enterprise-grade, scalable Java applications using Java/JEE technologies.

Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide junior developers; provide hands-on technical direction.

Project Management: Break down features into stories, manage sprints, and ensure timely delivery.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to define requirements and align on goals.

Code Quality: Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.

Integration: Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and third-party services.

Innovation: Stay updated on emerging technologies like microservices, cloud computing, and DevOps tools.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.

Must have experience on Database Development and Data Modelling

Must have experience in using Gen AI Code Assist tools such as GitHub Co-Pilot

Primary Skills & Technologies

Core: Java, JEE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, Spring boot, JPA, RESTful APIs, Microservices

Tools: Maven, Jenkins, Git, Kubernetes/Docker, CI/CD pipelines.

APIs & Protocols: REST, SOAP, API Gateway.

Testing: JUnit, Mockito.
