Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Sonipat for a TPA (Third Party Administrator) Executive. The TPA Executive will handle end-to-end management and coordination of insurance and claims processes. Responsibilities will include liaising with insurance companies, verifying documents, processing claims, managing patient queries, following up with insurance-related communications, and ensuring smooth approval and disbursal of claims. The individual will also collaborate closely with the hospital's administrative and billing departments to optimize patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.


Qualifications

  • 5+ Years of Experience in Third-Party Administration (TPA) processes, claims handling, and policy coordination.
  • Experience in insurance coordination, claims processing, and TPA management.
  • Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and handling insurance-related databases or systems.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare services, medical terminology, and insurance processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage professionally with patients, insurance companies, and colleagues.
  • Problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills to ensure precise and timely claim approvals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams within the hospital.
  • Educational qualification in business administration, hospital management, or related fields is preferred.
  • Knowledge of local and national health insurance regulations is an advantage.
