Job Title: Tourism Business Manager

Salary : 35k per month + commissions(15-20k per month)

Reporting To: CEO

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with travel agents, hotel concierges, tour operators , and other tourism partners.
Oversee and coordinate daily tour operations , including scheduling, logistics, and guest experiences.
Manage partnerships with external vendors and transport agents to ensure seamless operations.
Drive marketing efforts to promote SJ Studios tourism offerings through B2B and B2C channels .
Create and implement strategies to increase visitor footfall and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand alignment and operational efficiency.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and tourism opportunities to identify new business avenues.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
Minimum 35 years of experience in tourism, hospitality, or event management.
Strong network of travel industry contacts (agents, hotels, transport partners, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
Proven experience in marketing and partnership development .
Ability to multitask, manage operations, and lead with a customer-first mindset.
