Tour Manager

Primary Purpose:

We are looking for a dynamic Educational Tour Manager to join our team at Vertex. The manager will be responsible for planning and organizing educational tours for our students, coordinating with the school team, and promoting tours to students and parents through various marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize educational tours for students, in coordination with the school team, Vendor and head office.
• Coordinate with Vendor and create detailed itineraries for each tour, including travel arrangements, accommodation, meals, and activities.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless execution of tours.
• Manage and maintain tour budgets, ensuring that all expenses are within budget.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote tours to students and parents, including social media campaigns and advertising.
• Work with the school team to develop and implement strategies to increase student participation in tours.
• Communicate regularly with the school Coordinator and Principal to provide updates on tour planning and execution.
• Collect feedback from students, parents, and staff to continuously improve tour experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of all tour-related expenses and revenue and submit tour report to accounts.
