Role Description

This is a full-time on-site freelance role for a Tour Manager located in Pune, Delhi, Ahmedabad, and Bangalore. The Tour Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing tour activities, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional service to guests. Daily tasks include overseeing travel arrangements, addressing guest inquiries, mediating challenges, and working closely with local partners in Japan to deliver immersive and enriching experiences to groups. Exceptional organizational and customer service abilities are essential to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in itinerary planning, tour management, and group coordination
• Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Japanese is a plus
• Knowledge of Japanese culture, history, geography, and local attractions
• Ability to manage guest relations and resolve on-site issues efficiently
• Passion for travel and cultural exchange, with a focus on excellent customer experience
• Flexibility to work in dynamic and sometimes fast-paced travel environments
• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred
