Job Description:

We are urgently hiring for the position of Tours Senior executive

Key Requirements:

Create Tailor Made Itineraries and packages for inbound travellers

Manage client inquiries , quotations and bookings

Ability to create and manage PNRs.

Coordinate with hotels , transport and local vendors for flawless execution.

Ensure top notch client service for repeat and referral business.

Minimum 7-12 Years Experience in Ticketing / Inbound Travel Sales Experience

Strong Knowledge of Indian Destinations and Travel Products

Excellent English communication ( Writing and Speaking both )

Detail oriented , client focussed and sales driven mindset

Making Itineraries and costing for tours

Handling Sales inquiries , Bookings , Documentations , Complaints handling , etc

Attending through customer queries through emails and phone calls

Experience in travel company is must

Catering to inbound travelers from diverse markets including Europe , North and South America and the middle east

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
