Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tour Executive located in Noida. The Tour Executive will be responsible for planning and organizing tours, managing guided tours, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes creating detailed itineraries, coordinating with clients and service providers, and handling tour-related inquiries and concerns. In this role, you will work closely with both clients and the internal team to deliver high-quality travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and organizing domestic and international tour packages.
• Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, transport, and sightseeing activities.
• Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, and travel documents.
• Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and provide accurate information.
• Support day-to-day tour operations and resolve basic travel queries.
• Maintain records of client bookings and vendor communications.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip.
• Collaborate with senior team members and vendors for smooth execution of tours.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Strong interest in the travel and tourism industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
• Tour Planning and Itineraries skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
