Automation Lead MustHave

1. Strong expertise in TOSCA (module creation, test case design, API automation, execution lists, Vision AI/selfhealing).
2. Handson experience leading automation strategy across SIT, regression, and release testing cycles.
3. Deep understanding of ecommerce workflows (catalog, cart, checkout, payments, order lifecycle).
4. Exposure to LambdaTest / BrowserStack for crossbrowser, crossdevice automation.
5. Experience working with TOSCA AI capabilities, including Vision AI, intelligent object recognition, and dynamic element handling.
6. Knowledge of AIdriven automation techniques, such as autogeneration of test scripts or AIbased impact analysis.
7. Proven ability to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and ensure stable, repeatable executions.
8. Experience maintaining and scaling large automation suites across multiple releases.
9. Strong debugging and rootcause analysis skills for automation failures and environment issues.
10. Ability to identify automation candidates and create/maintain an automation backlog aligned with QE governance.
11. Hands-on experience with test data readiness for automated scenarios.
12. Strong experience in requirement traceability from user stories test cases automated scripts (e.g., JIRA).

Experience mentoring automation teams and enforcing QE standards, best practices, and code reviews
