2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product, and business to define testing strategies and timelines.
3. Design and implement robust automation test strategies and frameworks across multiple projects.
4. Track program status, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
5. Drive process improvements and standardization across QA practices.
6. Act as a single point of contact for all program-level updates and communications.
7. Manage resource planning, timeline, and reporting for QA programs.
8. Ensure compliance with quality standards and testing policies.
9. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitLab, or Azure DevOps
