Tools Practice Engg Lead

Job Description

Solution design and architecture in the fields of Digital IT Service Management, Service Assurance, and AIOps, including infrastructure and application monitoring, event management, analytics, machine learning, automation, orchestration, and server and network automation tools across Data Centre, Cloud, Network, and EUC domains.  
The portfolio encompasses BSM tools solutions and pre-sales activities necessary to build IT services for end customers. This includes solution architecting, consulting, tools portfolio optimization, process gap analysis, solution defense, OEM alliances, delivery interface, and service level management.
The role involves ensuring proactive engagement with customers to understand their tools estate and proposing next-generation solution areas that deliver business value.
Responsibilities also include completing the technical response of proposals, including compliance with requirements, and incorporating Wipro's proprietary solutions and IPs, such as HOLMES.
The individual will be responsible for reviewing, enhancing, and improving tools-specific solutions, value propositions, and pricing based on experience and expertise in BSM solutions at large strategic outsourcing engagements for Wipro.
Additionally, this role involves managing interactions with partners such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Moogsoft, HP, Microfocus, BMC, Microsoft, and ServiceNow

• Competency Building and Branding 
Ensure completion of necessary trainings and certifications 
Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs),case studies, demos etc. for new growth areas based on market and customer research  
Develop and present a point of view of Wipro on solution design and architect by writing white papers, blogs etc.  
Attain market references and recognition through highest analyst rankings, client testimonials and partner credits  
Be the voice of Wipro’s Thought Leadership by speaking in forums (internal and external)  
Mentor developers, designers and Junior architects in the project for their further career development and enhancement 

Qualifications:  
• 10+ Years of experience in IT industry in infrastructure support and management area  
• Experience in Enterprise tools solutioning covering ITSM, ITOM, ITAM tools. 
• Demonstrated ability to communicate both laterally and up to influence decisions and actions.
