Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of TM-Encounters with 16 to 17 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Power BI SSIS Database SSRS Reports ANSI SQL and Facets along with domain knowledge in Provider and Payer. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively during the day shift with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of data solutions using MS Power BI to enhance business insights and decision-making processes.
  • Oversee the design and maintenance of SSIS Database solutions to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Provide expertise in creating and managing SSRS Reports to deliver accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
  • Utilize ANSI SQL to perform complex data analysis and support various business functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Facets into existing systems optimizing performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the Provider and Payer domains.
  • Develop strategies to improve data management processes enhancing overall operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data-related issues providing timely resolutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Conduct regular assessments of data systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and methodologies to advance the companys data capabilities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Drive initiatives that align with the companys purpose contributing to positive societal impact.

    • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Power BI showcasing the ability to create comprehensive dashboards and reports.
  • Exhibit strong experience with SSIS Database ensuring robust data integration and management.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of SSRS Reports capable of delivering high-quality reporting solutions.
  • Have a solid understanding of ANSI SQL enabling efficient data querying and manipulation.
  • Show expertise in Facets contributing to seamless system integration and functionality.
  • Bring domain knowledge in Provider and Payer ensuring compliance and relevance in solutions.
  • Display excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing data processes.
