- Strong work experience in TWS Administration and Scheduling.
- Co-ordinating with Application teams on weekly reviews/major releases.
- Experience in DR Drills owning TWS Scheduling,
- Experience in coordinating with various application support teams and troubleshooting & fixing the incidents.
- Service improvement plans implementations.
- ITIL Foundation Certification and Unix Administrator Certification
