Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of titration products, including potentiometric and Karl Fischer titrators.
Technical Sales & Demos: Conduct high-level technical demonstrations for potential clients, showcasing product capabilities in laboratory settings.
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate sales representatives of distributers, setting clear performance goals (KPIs) and providing coaching.
Customer Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, laboratory managers, and decision-makers.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and market shifts to identify new growth opportunities.
Sales Forecasting: Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports for senior management.
Technical Support: Work closely with the marketing and technical service teams to provide feedback on product performance and customer requirements.
Skills:
Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of titration principles, applications, and laboratory workflows.
Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM software, and strong analytical skills.
Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently (often 80% or more).
