Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of titration products, including potentiometric and Karl Fischer titrators.

  • Technical Sales & Demos: Conduct high-level technical demonstrations for potential clients, showcasing product capabilities in laboratory settings.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate sales representatives of distributers, setting clear performance goals (KPIs) and providing coaching.

  • Customer Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, laboratory managers, and decision-makers.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and market shifts to identify new growth opportunities.

  • Sales Forecasting: Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports for senior management.

  • Technical Support: Work closely with the marketing and technical service teams to provide feedback on product performance and customer requirements. 

Skills:

  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of titration principles, applications, and laboratory workflows.

  • Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM software, and strong analytical skills.

  • Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently (often 80% or more).
