Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Review the daily work queue and checking on the pending orders / volumes for the day
  • Communicate with client through email and conference calls on regular basis
  • Maintain and Review the Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports
  • Reviewing the Quality Feedback received on monthly basis from client and providing detailed RCA
  • Track the Escalations sent by client in Escalation tracker and provide action plan
  • Prepare the Internal weekly review DECK and present the same to Manager
  • Prepare MIS reports such as Monthly Team Incentive Reports, distribution on amounts based on performance and ratings
  • Conduct Skip meetings with team members on monthly basis
  • Assist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy
  • Coordinate operations and ensure schedules and objectives are met
  • Supervise and motivate staff
  • Create reports, analyze and interpret data
  • Secure adherence to companys policies and guidelines

Skills:

  • Title Service specialist with extensive Searching/Examining experience. Fully knowledgeable in Searching and Examining for the States of California, Arizona and Nevada in plants like Data Trace and Title Point.
  • Partially knowledgeable in Searching and Examining of other States in Netronline websites/Individual County Sites & Red vision.
  • Skilled at operating in Data Trace and Title Point. Committed to maintaining quality and efficiency
  • Knowledge of ResWare application is mandatory.
