You’ll have the opportunity to enhance our various time off and leave programs to positively influence employee experience and engagement.
- Support the day-to-day management of Nasdaq’s global time off and leave programs, including communication, administration and tracking.
- Support effective change and project management for the successful implementation of policy changes/updates, including identifying and addressing impact to other benefits and leave policies and programs.
- Partner with Regional Benefits Leads and People Partners to simplify and streamline our time off and leave administration processes, and ensure time off and leaves are compliant, locally-relevant and align with broader benefits programs and initiatives.
- Leverage employee feedback as well as data from internal and external sources to identify trends and standard methodologies in global leaves.
- Interpret, apply and maintain knowledge of relevant regulations, employment laws and other requirements globally.
- In partnership with People Partners, provide coaching to employees, managers and the business regarding time off and leaves, return to work programs, and accommodation requests.
- Build and maintain relationship with People Service Center.
- Partner with various members of the People and Finance teams to build time off and leave management infrastructure, including tracking, automation and compliance.

· 3 to 5 years experience in time off and leave administration processes.
· Thrives in a fast-paced global context and understands the dynamics of matrix organizations and virtual teams.
· Has partnering experience and values and understands the importance of cross team collaboration.
· Experience working with Workday or other global tracking systems.
· Has experience in client-facing roles and has strong presentation skills with and the ability to communicate complex and sensitive ideas and information, verbally and in writing, to individuals at all levels internally and externally.
· Has experience managing and administering a variety of employee time off and leave programs and strong familiarity with regulations impacting the design and operation.
· Has knowledge and experience in best practices in time off leave management, including accommodations and return to work.
· Holds a Bachelor’s degree – within Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Management or relevant work experience.
· Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
· Ability to flex schedule to accommodate meetings with global Benefits and People teams, as needed.
