Were looking for a TikTok Manager based in India who understands global trends and can grow our presence on TikTok for international audiences.

You will own the platform end-to-end from content planning to posting, trend adaptation, growth strategy, and performance tracking.

This role requires someone creative, fast-moving, and data-aware.

• Develop a monthly TikTok content calendar
• Align content with brand positioning (align27 practical astrology, Cosmic Insights deeper Vedic knowledge)
• Identify trends and adapt them to astrology content
• Suggest hooks that improve watch time and retention

• Script short-form videos (1560 sec)
• Coordinate with designers/video editors
• Optimize captions, hashtags, and descriptions
• Post consistently and manage scheduling

• Track key metrics (views, retention, engagement, shares)
• Test formats (talking head, text overlays, animations, storytelling)
• Optimize based on analytics
• Identify viral content opportunities

• Reply to comments strategically
• Drive engagement through pinned comments and questions
• Identify recurring audience pain points

• Track astrology/spiritual creators globally
• Study whats working in Western markets
• Suggest format upgrades

• 2+ years managing TikTok accounts
• Strong understanding of TikTok algorithm and content structure
• Experience growing accounts organically
• Good English communication (since target audience may be global)
• Comfortable working remotely with structured reporting

• Experience in spirituality, astrology, or self-development niche
• Experience managing US/UK audience accounts
• Ability to analyze retention graphs and improve hook strategy
• Familiarity with paid TikTok ads (bonus)
