4+ years of development experience using TIBCO Business Works 5.x/6.x, BW Adapters

Enterprise Message Service, Designer/Studio and other TIBCO suite of products

Experience with full project life cycle, requirement analysis, design, development, test, and

support

Solid experience in managing and monitoring TIBCO using tools such as TIBCO Administrator,

HAWK

Expertise in Java, JMS, SOAP, REST, JSON, SQL, XML technologies, GitHub, Jenkins and

Unix/Linux shell scripts

In-depth understanding and experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Micro-

Services based solutions

Hands on experience developing complex services/solutions based on Enterprise Integration

Patterns and Coding best practices

Proactive and able to catch issues before failures

Experience with common enterprise security protocols

Possess a strong work ethic; takes pride in producing a quality product and a strong team player

Work with production support and project consultants in an onshore / offshore model

Support off-hours production issues and code deployments as needed

Have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with leadership capability
