Job Description:

Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, etc.).

Strong understanding of visual communication in an educational context.

Knowledge of YouTube and e-learning platform thumbnail requirements.

Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging visuals.

Portfolio showcasing thumbnails or educational design work.

Design thumbnails for online courses, webinars, and educational videos (YouTube, LMS platforms, social media).

Collaborate with educators, instructional designers, and marketing teams to ensure thumbnails reflect learning objectives and brand identity.

Use design principles to highlight key educational themes (e.g., subject matter, difficulty level, learning outcomes).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the education industry (schools, edtech, e-learning platforms).
• Familiarity with instructional design principles.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools to measure thumbnail performance.
