Thumbnail Designer

Role Summary:

Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails for a kids educational channel that increase click-through rate (CTR) and maintain consistent visual branding.

Responsibilities:

• Design thumbnails for all published videos
• Maintain consistent colors, characters, and visual style
• Create bold, clear designs that attract clicks
• Work closely with the editor and content head to match the video theme
• Deliver thumbnails according to the publishing schedule

Requirements:

• Experience designing YouTube thumbnails
• Strong graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar)
• Understanding of visual hierarchy and click psychology
• Ability to create clean, colorful designs suitable for kids content
