Threat and risk analyst (Automotive and Embedded)

We are looking for a highly motivated Automotive Embedded Security Engineer with 79 years of experience to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automotive embedded systems, communication protocols, and embedded security, along with a passion for learning and adapting to evolving business and technology needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate automotive embedded software for ECU and related systems
• Work extensively with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, FlexRay, and Ethernet
• Perform Security Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) for embedded and automotive products
• Develop, integrate, and test embedded security and cryptographic solutions, including secure boot, encryption, authentication, and key management
• Collaborate with system, hardware, and software teams to define and implement secure system architectures
• Support and ensure compliance with automotive cybersecurity standards such as ISO 21434 and UNECE R155/R156
• Identify security vulnerabilities and recommend effective mitigation strategies
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving project and business requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 79 years of experience in automotive embedded software development
• Strong understanding of automotive embedded systems and control systems
• Hands-on experience with CAN protocol and Automotive Ethernet
• Proven experience conducting TARA for embedded and automotive products
• Solid knowledge of embedded security and cryptography algorithms (AES, RSA, ECC, SHA, HMAC, etc.)
• Experience in cryptographic software development and testing
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies and align with business goals
