Northfield International School is looking for a creative and passionate Theatre Teacher to inspire students through performing arts and stagecraft.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging theatre and drama lessons across grade levels

Train students in acting, voice modulation, movement, and stage presence

Direct school productions, assemblies, and cultural performances

Develop scripts, stage activities, and creative workshops

Encourage confidence, teamwork, and self-expression through theatre

Coordinate costumes, props, rehearsals, and backstage activities

Prepare students for competitions, showcases, and annual events

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Theatre, Performing Arts, or related field

Prior experience teaching theatre/drama in schools preferred

Strong communication, creativity, and classroom management skills

Experience in directing stage productions and managing rehearsals

Passion for nurturing student talent and creativity
