Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English language and literature lessons
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen curriculum delivery
• Communicate student progress with parents and school leadership
• Continuously upgrade teaching strategies and subject knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in English or a related field
• B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification
• Prior experience teaching English at the secondary level
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for teaching and student development
