Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Textile Export Manager to manage and grow international business for finished textile products and raw materials , including strong control over export operations and receivables.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage export sales and operations for finished goods and raw materials
• Develop and maintain international buyer relationships
• Handle export inquiries, costing, and price negotiations
• Manage order processing from confirmation to shipment
• Coordinate with production, quality, sourcing, and logistics teams
• Prepare, review, and manage export documentation
• (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, LC, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms
• Prepare, analyze, and regularly monitor receivables ageing analysis; follow up with buyers and coordinate with accounts/banks for timely payment realization
• Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA, and banks
• Identify and develop new export markets
• Prepare sales, shipment, and ageing MIS reports for management

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of textile products, raw materials & finishing
• In-depth understanding of export procedures & documentation
• Proven experience in handling LC, DP, DA, and open account
• Hands-on experience in ageing analysis and payment follow-ups
• Excellent English communication & negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and reporting tools

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Textiles / International Business / Commerce
• EXIM certification preferred
