Textile Designer

AND is looking for a creative and commercially strong Textile Designer to drive print and surface development for our contemporary womens western wear collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original print artworks (placement, engineered & all-over repeats).
• Create seasonal print stories aligned with brand direction.
• Work on repeats, colorways, scale & print executions.
• Coordinate with mills/vendors for strike-offs, lab dips & approvals.
• Collaborate with Design & Merchandising to ensure timely development.
• Maintain artwork archives and oversee sampling to bulk consistency.

What Were Looking For

• 37 years experience in womens wear textile/print design.
• Strong command over Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of fabrics, print techniques & surface development.
• Strong color sense with a commercial, retail-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced calendar environment.
